Registration & Payment
A deposit of 50% of the monthly fee is due upon registration that will be deducted from the last month of the child's enrollment at the centre. We ask for a set of post-dated cheques* for the first of every month. A minimum of 1 month (30 days) notice is required on departure or when cutting down on the number of attending days and a $25.00 fee is charged for a NSF cheque; 3 such incidents may require termination of the parent/centre contract.

E-Transfers are acceptable forms of payment; however MUST be sent to Wildflower Childcare on the 1st day of each month. A late fee of $5 per day will be added if payment is not received by the 1st of each month. Failure to comply after two reminders may require refusal of care and/or termination of the parent/centre contract.
Professional Development Days
For registered families, all professional development days have an additional fee of $45* per day and the hours of operation are 8:00am to 4:00pm.
*Fee is subject to change based on activity planned for the professional day.
If not enrolled, drop-ins are available for professional development days. Rate is $70 for a full day drop in. Hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Spring Break
Spring break has an additional drop in fee* per day, and hours of operation are 8:00am to 4:00pm.
*Fee is subject to change based on activity planned and includes each child’s additional snack, admission and bus fare.
Summer Break
Wildflower Childcare is open for 2 weeks of July* and 2 weeks of August*. Full day care will be provided during this time. Wildflower will plan fun activity days, mini field trips and water park adventures closer to summer holidays. The fees and schedule for the summer days will be created shortly after Spring Break.
Fee is $70 per day, unless stated otherwise.
